THE WEBSITE

Images on this website are used for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we balance every image on the web site to match the original painting as closely as possible, it is not possible to guarantee that the picture on your own computer screen exactly matches the original painting or print. This is because of the many colour variations in computer displays.

Amendments & Availability: We reserve the right to amend this website without notice. Whilst the site is updated regularly, all original paintings, prints, miniatures, cards and other items must be subject to availability.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

Despatch: We aim to despatch most goods within two working days of the order being placed, or as soon as payment has been cleared into the bank account.

Pencil Remarques: If you have requested a print with original pencil remarques, please remember that these are done on request, meaning that your print will take longer to be despatched.

Framed Items: If you have requested framing, this will be done as soon as possible, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Courier Delivery: Within the UK and to some European destinations, our courier offers a 48-hour delivery service on working days. If you are outside this area and wish to receive your delivery as soon as possible, please contact us before placing your order. Likewise, if you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Courier-delivered and insured items must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that someone is there to receive your order. We will do our best to ensure that delivery is made on a particular date if requested by the customer, but as we use independent couriers we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within a specified time period.

If you choose an un-insured delivery option, the goods will be sent at your own risk.
