Exclusive Christmas cards

I've been designing and selling my own exclusive Christmas cards for quite a few years now, and they are becoming more and more popular with each successive Christmas!

It all stemmed from an original idea, which was to make my Christmas cards more personal by actually signing them on the inside (on the left) - in effect turning them into small, limited prints. Each year I choose one or two new designs, depending on what I have available, and they are available exclusively to everyone on my mailing list.

From selling just a couple of hundred at the beginning, we now sell several thousand, and we have many clients who loyally buy their cards from us year after year. Every October we send out a leaflet, showing clients what the new card (or cards) will be - and between then and Christmas we pack up orders to all over the UK, and many overseas destinations.

Signing all those cards isn't really a problem - just the thought of it! I sign them in batches of a few hundred, but it doesn't take as long as you would imagine. Jo would help, but unfortunately she hasn't quite grasped my signature well enough to create a passable forgery! It is always fun to see how many of the current design each year, we ourselves receive from clients and friends.

All our cards are produced on high standard artboard, ensuring the best possible reproduction of the image, as well as a quality 'feel' to the card. They are also easy to write on the inside. They have to be, because I sign thousands of them!
